“The warm-up alone is so profound. I couldn’t believe how well it prepared me for my work.” ~ Dinah, Feldenkrais practitioner and new student, 2012

“Frankie Travis is Fantastic! She has a wealth of knowledge, understanding and a great sense of humor. Frankie teaches skills that can be used in daily life. Everyone can greatly benefit from her classes — not just actors. Frankie helps me build confidence and skills and my storytelling abilities are blossoming. Frankie is fun, insightful, caring and gifted. She is a true professional. I am deeply grateful to be her student.” ~ Katy Mangan, Storyteller

“I’ve worked with many acting teachers and trained at Playhouse West for one year but meeting and working with Frankie tops them all. When I first audited her class I wasn’t quite sure what to make of the technique she primarily uses (Eric Morris) but I am so glad I stuck with Frankie. Her positive energy, insight into me as an actor and a person have helped me to get closer to being an actor truely living in the moment. She’s inspiring, challenging and unique. There are none better.” ~ Rick Koch -Actor

Visioning Our Prosperity….

I’m thinking today of how when we make an intention for some change in our lives that we also can have this intention for the greater community. So when I make my daily intention to be creative in every task, not only am I reminding myself to slow down and choose to infuse each “chore” with grace and creativity, I am also envisioning this same gift for my students.
